We explain where artificial intelligence is used on this website, what data it uses and how you can obtain human assistance. The recommendations function is implemented with Typesafe AI, but the website owner confirms that its activation has not yet been configured.

What the tool does

When the search tool is activated, you interact with an AI system that compares your description of your challenge with projects published by Artefacto and selects examples that may be relevant. It is not a conversation with a person or a professional advisory service.

After you submit a general enquiry, the system may also suggest projects based on your message, company context and previous search description. Registrations identified as events are not used for this subsequent recommendation.

What information is used

The search tool sends the text you enter and the content of published projects to the Typesafe AI API, using the model identified in the code as jev-latest. For general enquiries, the message and business context text fields are selected, together with the previous description, if any.

The dedicated name and email address fields are not selected for inference. However, any personal or confidential data you write in the message, company field or description may form part of the text sent; the code does not automatically anonymise those texts. Avoid including sensitive information, trade secrets or other people’s personal data.

What is stored

Artefacto privately stores descriptions received through the search tool, along with their language, date and processing outcome. They are saved before a recommendation is attempted and may remain if the provider fails or there are no matches. General enquiries are saved as requests with their context.

The browser retains the last description and, if any, recommended projects to maintain their order and accompany a later enquiry. The code does not set automatic expiry for these keys or for description records on the server. Clearing local recommendations does not delete copies received by Artefacto or providers.

Retention periods, provider terms, locations and possible uses for training remain to be confirmed. We do not claim zero retention, exclusion of training or hosting exclusively within the European Union.

How to interpret the results

The system calculates the relevance of published work based on the context received and applies thresholds before displaying it. It may misunderstand your situation, suggest an unsuitable project or fail to find enough examples. The selection is limited to the available catalogue and does not represent a comprehensive market assessment.

Results are displayed automatically; each recommendation is not reviewed by a person before appearing on your screen. They help you explore our work and do not constitute a quotation, a guarantee of suitability or a decision on entering into a contract. No automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects on individuals have been identified in these flows.

Alternatives and human contact

You can explore projects without using the search tool and write to hola@artefacto-studio.com to speak with the team. If you want to prevent a message from being used in the general form’s recommendations function, use email and state this in your request.

For enquiries about the processing of your data or to exercise your right of access, right to object or right to erasure where applicable, write to the same email address. Consult the privacy policy for the scope of your rights.

Visual content on the website

The editorial documentation identifies the conceptual brand illustration of the sculptural object on the homepage as an AI-generated image. It represents a visual brand creation; it does not establish the existence of a physical object or work carried out for a client.

This identification does not mean that all images, projects or videos are AI-generated. Client case studies and documentary materials must retain their provenance and be distinguished from conceptual illustrations. The relevant information must accompany the content where necessary to understand it.

Planned services and changes

Typesafe AI, with the domain typesafe.ai in the code, is the only AI integration identified for recommendations. OpenAI and Runware are providers planned by Artefacto, with no integration yet identified in these flows and no confirmed activation. They are not presented as current recipients of your messages.

Before new providers or uses are introduced, the data sent, purposes, legal basis, contracts, transfers and user information will be reviewed. Merely mentioning a future provider does not authorise new processing.

Information about interaction with AI must be available before the text is sent and, at the latest, at the first interaction; this page supplements that notice and does not replace it.
