Transformation roadmaps
The challenge
The digital ecosystem worked in its individual parts, but did not operate as a system. The challenge was to approach the whole, beyond isolated tools.
The approach
The project connected diagnosis and implementation through five phases, treating the transformation roadmap as a route into practical delivery.
The outcome
A five-phase path connected understanding the ecosystem with implementing change, giving the work a system-wide perspective.
Project figures and scope
5 phases, from diagnosis to governance
5 cross-disciplinary audits
731K annual blog sessions analysed
74% of blog traffic came from organic search
The five phases · January–June 2026
Diagnosis
UX and conversion, accessibility, content, technology and data audits are read together to locate where the system breaks down.
Prioritisation
Opportunities are organised into three movements: stabilise, optimise and transform.
Work and measurement plan
Primary and secondary KPIs for each group of improvements, with implementation dates recorded for before-and-after measurement.
Implementation
Topic hubs, SEO metadata, accessibility improvements and a new blog template prepared for language models.
Governance and follow-up
A model that helps the team continue making decisions with data after the project ends.
What we decided
The largest opportunities lay in reorganising, connecting and activating existing content.
Implementation
Topic hubs, internal links, contextual calls to action and a blog template designed for people and language models.
What we learned
Before producing more, connect what you already have. The system matters more than its parts.
Tell us what you have in mind.
Tell us what you want to change, what is getting in the way or what you would like to explore. We will start by understanding your context.
