Strategy workshops
The challenge
An international network wanted to develop its role beyond referrals, making room for shared knowledge and business development.
The approach
A two-day international workshop brought the network together around this transition. The work focused on how connections could become a more structured shared resource.
The outcome
The project centred on a common direction: a network organised around knowledge and business development, explored through an intensive collaborative workshop.
Project figures and scope
2 days of workshops
5 prioritised initiative families
2 pilots to start with
90 days for the first evidence
The five initiatives
Five initiatives were agreed as the engine of transformation towards an antifragile IMAP in the age of AI.
What we decided
Validate the five initiatives, define a minimum standard for shared data and appoint a champion for each initiative.
What we take away
Marketing doesn't scale if the system doesn't connect. More content is no substitute for better shared data.
